Preferred lie on fairways: Maximum on One Club length will be allowed but not towards the Hole. Placing of Ball by will be with help of club only not by hand.
Water Hazards: Ball entering any designated Pond area, which is unplayable/lost, is to be placed outside the POND/TANK from the dropping zone in the direction of entry and will entail a penalty of 1 stroke.
Ball in Drain area (except the arteries) can be placed outside the Drain from the direction of entry with a penalty of 1 stroke or play as it lies.
Out of Bounds (OB): Ball falling outside the Course will be considered as OB. OB will entail a penalty of 2 strokes and the repeat shot is to be played from the point of previous shot.
Loss of Ball: Loss off Ball on the fairway or otherwise including ball lodged inside a tree will entail a penalty of 1 stroke and next ball will be played from the point of last seen.
Wrong Fairways: While playing Holes No. 1, 2, 6, 7, 10, 11 & 18 the Ball going towards left side of the tree guard and for Holes No. 4, 9, 15 & 16 the right side of the tree guard is treated as the Wrong Fairway. The ball entering the wrong fairway shall have to be played as it lies, without penalty. The start and the end of the wrong fairway is denoted with white markers.
Bunkers: Ball in the bunker is to be played as it lies. For each practice swing touching the sand will entail a penalty of 1 stroke.
Rough Area: The rough areas are marked. The Ball in the Rough will be played as it lies. Region between the drain and the OB fencing for holes No. 3, 4,10,16 is also treated as rough. Drop within one club length in the Rough is allowed with a loss of 1 stroke.
No caddy is allowed to handle the Ball. This will entail a penalty of 2 strokes. The ball can be given to the caddy by the player for cleaning after marking.
Caddy entering any designated rough area will entail a penalty of 2 strokes.
Any loose materials in Bunker, Rough or any other places can be removed.
As the Course is still under preparation, no complaints with regards to condition of Fairways and Greens will be entertained.
The Ball cannot be changed from the tee to the Hole. Fresh ball can be used only from the next Tee shot, otherwise this will entail a penalty of 2 strokes.
A player may take a re-shot for the ball hitting electricity pole, wire or water pipe (man-made obstruction).
A golfer wilfully removing any natural obstruction shall incur a penalty of 2 strokes. However, any debris may be removed without disturbing the ball.
Individual Cards will be marked by a player of the fourball other than the player himself, failing which the entire group will be disqualified.
DRESS CODE
The attire of a golfer must be in full harmony with the game of golf.
The use of jeans, athletic apparel, bathing suits and shorts above knee length is strictly prohibited.
The use of golf shoes with soft spikes is mandatory in the round of golf.
